Administrator ServiceNow
JOB OVERVIEW (Full Time or Contract. Remote is ok)
ConfigureTek is looking for experienced ServiceNow administrators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in ServiceNow administration.
JOB DUTIES
- Day to day administration of ServiceNow for ConfigureTek’s clients
- Must have experience in multiple modules within ServiceNow
- Prepare technical documentation as specified in customer contracts and as internally required
- Support the development and growth of the services delivered by ConfigureTek
- Ability to setup, configure and code custom integrations using ServiceNow APIs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven expertise in administration of ServiceNow
- Certifications in the areas of ITOM, SecOps, GRC, ITBM or SAM
- Expertise with CMDB and ITIL
